SCAPE Bin-Picker Solution takes care of all the critical steps:

•    Recognizing parts in the bin
•    Selecting and picking parts from the bin
•    Planning the optimal path for robot motion 
•    Ensuring part orientation for precision delivery
•    100% precision delivery of parts 

Three parts are delivered into the fixtures on the table on average every 15-20 seconds. The high precision is realized through re-gripping of parts on the SCAPE Handling Stations, supported by the SCAPE Part Turner. The robot grips the parts from the bin, re-grips them after orientation control and delivers them into the fixture.
